 After your initial cleanup is scheduled, you’ll receive access to our secure customer portal. Here, you can manage your account, update your service preferences, view your service schedule, and track payment history.

 We’ve made billing simple and transparent. All invoices are processed on the 1st of the month, prior to service. You can securely set up automatic payments using your bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is activated, Poopscoopr will email your invoice and receipt for your records.
